Yahoo Answer Links

I have found Yahoo answers to be a great place to get links and article ideas. I go in and search for questions on my niche.

I start by going to “Advanced Search” and put in my subject. I then click the button for Questions and then the “Open Questions – Best answer has not been chosen.” I only want to see questions I am going to answer.

I will write a very detailed answer. I copy my answer to my website and then expand upon it some more and change it around enough so it is not “duplicate.”

I will publish this page on my website and then use this page to link to in the Yahoo Answers Link section.

This will get traffic and authority to your site.

This is a very easy way to figure out what people do not understand about your niche.

Over half the questions I have answered have picked my answer. I think the link is the same if you answer gets picked or not. I have even found some of these questions and answers in the Google index while I am looking for keywords.

Step Two.
You can create another Yahoo profile and ask the questions you know how to answer. Then go in as your answer profile write a good answer and link from the answer to the page on your website.

This is probably against the terms of Yahoo (I haven’t checked) but I would be suprized if it isn’t fairly common. I do not think Yahoo would really care as long as you are giving good information. The niches I am currently working on have plenty of questions so I have not created another profile yet.

I follow the same rules on Yahoo Answers as I do in making a comments.

I have not Tried Yahoo Answers yet. I have seen them in the search results but this sounds like a good way to get links and more articles.

I have just started using yahoo answers and linking to my twitter account. My Twitter account links to my wordpress pages. Long process, but should connect the plumbing to get some traffic..
