Must Do Comment Linking Rules
There are several things I try to do with my comments.
- The comment will always be part of the conversation–Relevant.
- I do not put links in my comments unless the comment is on one of my own blogs and I know it will be approved.
- Yes I comment on my own sites with other identities.
- My comment is always targeted at a keyword and to link back to a specific page on my site that is related to that keyword.
- I will include the keyword in the comment once if there is any way possible.
- I usually name my identity after the keyword. Such as the keyword I am promoting is “Article spinning” I would leave comments under the identity of “Rick Article Spinning” and then sign the comment as Rick Article Spinning. I use the URL for the actual page on Article spinning on my website like http://imbyrick.com/article-spinning/ not a link to the homepage.
The goal is to get the most value out of the comments you leave. I do not worry too much about nofollow versus dofollow blogs.

Yes, you are right, there should be a value of your comments. But your ideas are very weird. I heard it for the first time.
I start to immitate you linking rules, if you don’t mind. It is a great list.
I think it is nice that you provide rules so that other people can know it. right?
